Ken Summerour to Attend Brownfield Awards Ceremony

Ken Summerour will be attending the Seventh Annual Big Apple Brownfield Awards Ceremony to be held on April 28, 2015, 4:30 – 7:30 PM at the New York Law School (185 West Broadway, New York, NY 10013). The awards ceremony is hosted by the NYC Brownfield Partnership. The purpose of the event is to honor the collaboration between the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York City Office of Environmental Remediation.

The 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Remediation 2014

Ken Summerour attended a conference on sustainable remediation in Italy from September 17-19, 2014 where he presented a poster entitled “Chemical Oxidation vs. Chemical Reduction.” The conference, “The 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Remediation 2014” and it was in Ferrara, Italy. Most recently he presented at the AIPG's "5th Conference on Innovative Environmental Assessment and Remediation Technology". His talk was entitled "Chemical Oxidation vs. Chemical Reduction – Choosing the Right Application." Remediation Workshop

Ken Summerour has been a frequent speaker for Remediation Workshop Organization. He has spoken on various topics across the Nation. Recently he attended remediation workshops in Columbia, SC on August 5, 2014 and Greenville, SC on August 6, 2014. Mr. Summerour also presented at the Remediation Workshops on May 6-7, 2014 in Kansas City and Omaha. The Remediation Workshops were launched at the beginning of 2014 to meet the needs of environmental consulting firms for low cost, short term education opportunities. Each remediation Workshop is free, and is held in one of various cities across the US. Each attendee receives a CEU Certificate worth 4 credit hours towards continuing education credits.
